Jak stymulować kreatywność, czyli o radzeniu sobie z innowacyjnością

Wojciech Wodo, absolwent Programu Top 500 Innovators (Berkeley, jesień 2012), zebrał swoje doświadczenia z Doliny Krzemowej w artykule "Stimulating the creativity of the team and encouraging entrepreneurial attitudes in academic environment How to deal with the innovation?". Publikacja została zaprezentowana na międzynarodowej konferencji University Industry Interaction 2013 w Amsterdamie. Poniżej abstrakt, artykuł oraz prezentacja i kilka zdjęć z konferencji.

Abstract: In this paper we try to investigate the most essential conditions set of the innovation- friendly environment. Our aim is to find the culture of work, in which participants are well motivated to experiment, and not afraid of being entrepreneurial. After new experiences gained in the leading in the innovations environment of Silicon Valley, we suggest new approaches towards innovation with the use of ’adopt and adapt’ rule.
